Kramer School of Nursing
The Kramer School of Nursing was established in 1981 from the finest traditions in clinical nursing education. Graduates of this program will be able to provide and evaluate nursing care that addresses existing and emerging health care demands within the total community as well as in the acute care setting.
We offer a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs, each offering a broad range of liberal arts and supportive classes designed to enhance the nursing curriculum.
Unique features of the Kramer School of Nursing include:
- Clinical experiences dealing with a variety of health problems in diverse settings, utilizing state-of-the-art hospitals and other health care facilities in greater Oklahoma City, as well as underserved areas abroad;
- Personalized attention in small classes;
- No limits on number of qualified students accepted, except in the doctoral programs;
- Experienced faculty who bring a passion for people and nursing to the classroom;
- Student Nurses Association offering opportunities to promote nursing and health issues.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)(Traditional BSN)
Undergraduate students receive a BSN upon successful completion of the curriculum and are eligible to apply to write the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) for RN licensure. The School provides an academically sound curriculum that incorporates the concepts of holistic health practices in concert with traditional health care emphasizing the application and practice of the art and science of nursing.
