Master's in Nursing - Leadership and Management

The curriculum is based on the American Association of Colleges
of Nursing (AACN) Essentials of Master's Education and the
American Nurses Association's (ANA) Scope and Standards for
Nurse Administrators-the same standards used to create the
essentials of magnetism for magnet hospitals.
Masters in Nursing - Informatics
Learn how you can more effectively utilize information
technology to enhance the quality of patient care. This
specialization offers a multidisciplinary approach to
informatics by blending nursing science, computer science and
information science. Coursework focuses on such key areas as
information systems, database concepts and effective project
management. Fieldwork experience provides you with the
opportunity to apply your new knowledge immediately.
Students who enter the program with a bachelor's degree in
nursing complete the following core curriculum and then
progress on to the courses in the nursing informatics
specialization.
