Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree Completion Program for RNs

Curriculum

The curriculum of the BSN Completion Program will consist of the following 8-week courses, for a total of 30 credit hours.

  • Concepts/Processes for Contemporary Nursing - 4 hours
  • Introduction to Nursing Research/Statistics for Evidence-Based Practice - 4 hours
  • Exploring Complementary/Alternative Practices - 2 hours
  • Nursing Leadership and Management in Health Care - 6 hours
  • Nursing Informatics - 3 hours
  • Clinical Concepts/Processes in Population-Focused Nursing - 5 hours
  • Issues in Nursing Practice - 3 hours

Admissions and Prerequisites

Admission to the BSN Completion Program for RNs requires a cumulative GPA of 2.75, as well as a natural science GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
