(RN to BSN Completion Program)
The mission of Colorado Technical University's RN to BSN
(Bachelor of Science in Nursing) completion program is to:
- Inspire lifelong nursing leadership that will improve the
quality of health care for individuals and communities.
- Revamp workforce management.
- Provide resources and support for professional nursing
practice.
- Facilitate nurse participation in shaping and improving the
cost and quality of patient care.
- Engage nursing graduates in scholarly activities that address
wellness, health promotion and acute or chronic care services.
CTU nursing graduates can be armed with sound business and
organizational planning skills and will have the opportunity to
model lifelong achievement, respectful caring relationships and
leadership behaviors that can provide the tools to recognize,
understand the nature of and plan for change; and to develop,
implement and evaluate new patient care and staffing strategies
effectively.
The RN to BSN completion program at Colorado Technical University
is designed for licensed registered nurses who have an
associate's degree or an RN diploma in nursing and plan to pursue
