The Frontier School offers off campus, web-based, distance education for the student interested in continuing their education in their own community. The Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing (FSMFN) specializes in nurse-midwifery and nurse practitioner education for students aspiring to become certified nurse midwifes (CNM) and/or family nurse practitioners (FNP). Students and graduates of our Community-based Nurse-Midwifery Education Program (CNEP) have the option of completing the additional certificate program to become a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP).
