Changing the world, one student at a time.

A Catholic institution in the tradition of the Sisters of Notre Dame, Notre Dame College was established in 1922, and has never been afraid of adapting to the changing needs of its students. The acclaimed Weekend College (WECO), established in 1978, responded to the needs of non-traditional students who needed a weekend class alternative. In 2003, WECO celebrated its 25th anniversary. Since then Notre Dame College has continued to add a variety of programs for the adult learner including our online teacher licensure program and our graduate programs in education.

Notre Dame College sits on 53 picturesque wooded acres, tucked away in a quiet suburban neighborhood just outside of Cleveland, Ohio - the only small liberal arts college in Greater Cleveland. We value the low student-faculty ratio that fosters a warm personal atmosphere and the individual attention that contributes to success.

Notre Dame College Division of Nursing Mission

The mission of the Notre Dame College Nursing Program is to prepare a professional nurse who is responsive to the health needs of a diverse global society.

Notre Dame College offers the BSN in two tracks. The pre-licensure track is for those individuals seeking to become a registered nurse. Upon completion of the program you are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensing Exam (NCLEX-RN). The RN to BSN track is for those who are already licensed as a registered nurse and are seeking a BSN degree.

Why Should You Earn a BSN?
